| Long Description: | Series 1548 Overhead Faulted Circuit Indicator, Basic Model Option G - Special application offering for temporary fault detection where reclose recognition time of 32 msec. is required, Recommended for circuits with fast protection settings capable of opening and reclosing in less than 10 cycles. Available with adaptive trip logic only. Requires 8 Amp minimum load current for reset. No current auto reset should be specified. Trip/Inrush Logic option B - Adaptive Trip requires 60 second continuous minimum load current, arming time less than 1/4 cycle fault current, loss of current within 60 seconds for fault current, with 24ms. plus/minus 20 percent delay trip (backfeed restraint). Trip Current option D - 300 Amp di/dt main feeder applications. Reset TIme/Delay option P - 24 hour automatic. Indicator option R - Radio with Single LED (standard for applications up to 69kV manimum). Transmitter Phase Encoder option A - Phase A. Temporary Fault Reset Time option A - Temporary fault not selected. |
